Our Mission is Clear.
We are former D1 men's college lacrosse players. We now coach the next generation who wear the same chin strap we wore, and the same chin strap the generation before us wore. We watch it fail over and over again in real time. Anyone who knows the sport sees the same. Dislodged helmets, broken jaws, facial lacerations, stitches, bone bruising, and brain injuries. Jackal Jaw built into a need. Denying it is no longer an option. The choice is yours.
Every Flaw..... Re-engineered
We knew that traditional gear was built for mass production, not human anatomy. Using our experience on the field, we ideated a "Jaw-Lock" geometry that physically prevents the helmet from pivoting. Every line on the JX1 was drawn by someone who knows what it's like to take a hit—and knows how to build something that holds steady.
Built into a Need
We spent years sourcing medical-grade polymers that repel sweat and bacteria. We refused to settle for the cheap foam that irritates skin and holds odors.. We refused the cheap foams and hard plastics, they don't have a place with this type of product. The result is a soft-touch, durable, hydrophobic texture that performs on-field, and doesn't allow the face suffer.

Jackal Jaw's Mission
Safety and protection are a choice. We believe every lacrosse player deserves a helmet that remains in its safest position and we believe massive gaps in jawbone exposure should be left in the past. Too many avoidable injuries have ended player's careers. We won't bear witness to it any longer.

For more than 50 years, the traditional lacrosse chin strap remained essentially unchanged. Jackal Jaw set out to address what we believed was a fundamental gap in helmet stability, jaw protection, comfort, and fit.
