Shipping policy

At Jackal Jaw, we know you want your gear fast so you can get back on the field. All orders are processed and shipped with care from our US facility.

Processing Times

Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
High-Demand / Pre-Orders: If an item is on pre-order or backorder, estimated shipping dates will be specified directly on the product page at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and begin once your package leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking link updates to reflect on the carrier's system.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations, including Canada.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Corrections & Lost Packages

Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@jackaljaw.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Jackal Jaw is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors/building management and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
