1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Jackal Jaw website are subject to acceptance by Jackal Jaw, LLC.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled. We reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order or transaction for any lawful reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled order.

2. Product Information

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Jackal Jaw.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. Jackal Jaw is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges
