Helmet dislodgment during impacts, jaw injuries, skin infection from low-quality strap materials, discomfort from seams and stitching, and helmet position shifting mid-play — were serious problems players dealt with and largely accepted as unavoidable.
The JX1 addressed each of them individually and worked to find a way to combine all solutions into one product. Refined anatomical contouring moves in tandem with the player during impacts. Enhanced helmet retention by way of ergonomic and anatomical contouring eliminates helmet shifting. Moisture builds up inside the traditional strap, causing friction-induced acne mechanica. Jackal implemented soft-touch materials with smooth edging to remove irritation and provide a textured, anti-microbial interaction with the face. The result is a chin strap that performs better in every aspect.
